What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible but will do our best to accommodate changes to your order.  If you are simply adding new items to your order, we suggest just placing a new order.  To make other changes or to cancel your order, email us at help@petrolicious.com Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package from Petrolicious directly to your door.

Do you accept international orders?
Yes!  International orders will be charged in US Dollars.  Please allow for longer shipping times on international orders.  Customs or import taxes may apply, and the customer is responsible for these fees.  Please check the policies of your government as each country has different policies on this matter

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, just be sure to provide the correct address. 

When will I get my order?
Orders typically ship out 2-4 days after being placed. Please allow extra handling time for artwork (Prints, Sculptures, etc.). After it ships, it can be tracked by visiting the order status page. 

How much does shipping cost?
All shipping rates are calculated based on weight and ship via USPS. Heavy items such as books, will have a higher shipping cost.
