ORDERS
What forms of payment do you accept online?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible but will do our best to accommodate changes to your order.  If you are simply adding new items to your order, we suggest just placing a new order.  Domestic ground shipping is free!  To make other changes or to cancel your order, call us at (XXX) XXX-XXXX Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Pacific Time.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package from Petrolicious directly to your door.
Do you accept international orders?

Yes!  International orders will be charged in US Dollars.  Please allow for longer shipping times on international orders.  Customs or import taxes may apply.

 
 
 
 
ART ORDERS
Are there any special care instructions on art orders?

We have a few recommendations to help ensure that you keep your artwork pristine:

  •     Avoid placing artwork in direct sunlight
  •     Do not hang artwork directly over a heater
  •     Avoid high humidity which can negatively impact the lifespan of your artwork
  •     Try to avoid hanging artwork in outdoor spaces, bathrooms, basements, and kitchens
  •     When handling your artwork, wear soft cotton gloves to avoid smudges and scratches
What type of packaging do you use?
We pack your art with extra care to help ensure it gets to you safely.  For smaller photographs and prints, we ship the items flat with protective paper and corrugated packaging.  For larger posters and prints, items are rolled with protective paper before being packaged in corrugated shipping containers.  Framed art is covered securely and fitted with adjustable corrugated inserts before being placed into art-secure packaging. 
When can I expect to receive my artwork?
Shipping times vary based on a variety of factors including size and special handling instructions.  Typical delivery times for domestic orders are XX days, and XX weeks for international orders.
How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package from Petrolicious directly to your door.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on size, weight, amount of items ordered, and special handling instructions.  Rates include art-secure packaging as well as insurance protection against damage or loss.  For mixed orders of different formats, the rate applicable to the largest format in the order will be charged. For international orders, please be sure to enter the destination country when ordering. Customs or import taxes may apply.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to deliver your artwork in perfect condition.  But if your artwork arrives damaged or defective in any way, we're here to help!  Just send a photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in to XXXX@petrolicious.com.  Please include your order number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.  You will receive an email within two business days with instructions to complete your return.
Do you accept returns on art?
Yes!  There is a 14-day, no questions asked return policy for Art.  Once received, we will issue a full refund, minus the shipping costs for items that require special packaging.  Petrolicious will directly refund the credit card used to complete the purchase.  Shipping labels are provided in your package for free and easy returns on domestic purchases.  Can't find your shipping label?  You can print a new one by going to Recent Orders in My Account.  For all international orders, including Canada, returns will be accepted but postage is not provided.  
 
 
 
 
 GIFT CARDS
How do I purchase a gift card?
To purchase a Petrolicious gift card, simply go to www.XXXX.com.  You will be asked information on the amount you would like to put on the card as well as recipient details.  Purchases can be made with any major credit card.
When will the gift card arrive?
Please allow up to two business days for processing and another XXX business days for delivery on domestic orders, XX business days on international orders.
Can gift cards be used more than once?

Of course, as long as you have a remaining balance.

Can I use more than one gift card for a purchase?

Certainly!

How can I check my remaining balance?

Your balance is displayed beside the gift card during checkout. You can also check your balance by visiting the gift card link that was emailed to you.

Can gift cards be used together with special discount codes or promotions?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Petrolicious offers a 30-day, no questions asked return policy for Apparel, Accessories, Books, and other products.  There is a 14-day return policy for Art and Vintage items.  Art and Vintage returns will receive a full refund, minus the shipping costs for items that require special packaging.
Petrolicious will directly refund the credit card used to complete the purchase.  Shipping labels are provided in your package for free and easy returns on domestic purchases.  Can't find your shipping label?  You can print a new one by going to Recent Orders in My Account.
For all international orders, including Canada, returns will be accepted but postage is not provided.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes!  You can exchange an item for a different size or color within 30 days.  If you would like to exchange your order for a different item, please follow instructions to return for your existing order and place a new order for your new item.  Please allow two business days to process your exchange plus shipping time.  Your item must be returned within 14 business days after submitting your exchange or you will be charged the full purchase price for the new item.  Shipping labels are provided in your package for free and easy returns on domestic purchases.  Can't find your shipping label?  You can print a new one by going to Recent Orders in My Account.
