Bought something online and need to return it? Within 7 days of receipt you can post the item back to us:
- The items must be in the original condition and packaging
- Repackage the products securely and send to the address above
- Include the reason for the return, the invoice number and your email address or telephone number. Tell us if you would like a refund or a replacement
- If we don't receive the item we can't refund you or replace it, so we recommend you obtain proof of postage
Returning an incorrect or damaged item?
Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will apply a credit to the card used to place the order or send a replacement as requested. Please allow up to 7 workings days for processing your exchange or refund, once it has arrived back with Veloce.
